Société Nouvelle d'Information Audiovisuelle SAL
Société Nouvelle d'Information Audiovisuelle is a joint-stock company broadcasting on the following FM wavelengths: 100.3 and 100.5. In 2010, the Phalange Party bought the rights to the 100.3 and 100.5 FM radio frequencies, previously owned by Noujoum Loubnan (Stars of Lebanon), a Category 2 (i.e. non-political) station.
Upon buying them, the Party declared that it would launch Voix du Liban again on these two new frequencies. On December 2, 2010, two different radio stations carrying the same name were broadcasting. In 2017, the Lebanese Court of Cassation ruled that the Voix du Liban logo, with the acronym VDL, is a distinctive name worthy of protection and that its rights were to be granted solely to the Phalange Party's VDL 100.3-100.5 frequencies, banning the Dbayeh VDL 93.3 station from using this name. Three months later, however, the Court issued a second ruling suspending the first ruling and thus reopening the case file. The legal dispute is ongoing.
The General Manager is Salim Sayegh and the board of directors includes Chaker Aoun, Joseph Khalil, Serge Dagher and Georges Stephan.
